How should I pump the ball?Updated 2 months ago

To get the best results and protect your ball’s bladder, follow these steps when inflating:

  • Insert the inflation needle only about halfway in (around 1 inch) at first. This prevents accidentally puncturing the bladder.

  • If you feel any resistance, stop. Gently massage the ball and then reinsert the needle.

  • After adding one or two pumps of air, you can safely push the needle all the way in and continue inflating to your desired firmness.

  • We recommend approximately 4 PSI for our indoor balls which will provide a soft but realistic feel when used.  If you over-inflate the ball it will feel too hard, we suggest that you just remove some air to make it softer.
